Hario V60 Drip Scale

With the V60 Drip Scale from Hario, you can easily weigh coffee to the exact gram and measure both the weight and extraction time while brewing the coffee. Controlling this brewing or contact time can influence the taste of the coffee; at a certain point, bitter substances are released from the coffee.

The scale can measure a weight between 2 and 2,000 g and is more than accurate for its purpose (accuracy: 2-200 g = ±0.2 g, 200-500 g = ±1 g, 500-2000 g = ±3 g). The scale is battery-operated, with 2 AAA batteries included in the delivery. After about 5 minutes, the weighing function switches off automatically, but the timer continues to run.
