Through our Buenos Aires Coffee School Project in El Salvador, we aim to shape the future of specialty coffee together with local coffee farmers. To this end, we are restoring former plantations on our own farm, cultivating new coffee plants, and creating a space for knowledge-sharing, exchange, and professional development. Together, we are working toward sustainable coffee cultivation, high-quality processing, and better prospects for the local community. With every bag of our El Salvador Coffee School Project coffee, you support this initiative and help establish high-quality specialty coffee from El Salvador for the long term.

Our green coffees come directly from carefully selected farms, many of which we know personally. This way, we know exactly which beans we work with and can confidently offer only the finest selections.
It is important to us to know the people behind the coffee and to pay them fairly. Only through direct trade can we ensure the highest quality. We then roast the green coffee gently and artisan-style in our roastery in Grainau.

Your Bavarian Coffee Roastery
In our coffee and espresso shop, you can conveniently order our coffee online. Every coffee is freshly roasted in our Bavarian roastery and prepared for shipping immediately after your order. This way, you receive coffee and espresso in the best quality—fresh, aromatic, and without long storage times.
Beyond the beans themselves, what we do with the materials we use also matters. We reuse cardboard boxes and packing materials multiple times, and we send the husks produced during roasting to a regional organic waste processing facility to be converted into biogas. Our coffee bags are recyclable and are packed by hand.
