Josef - Garda Colli Mantovani DOC Rubino 2019

Dark red, unfiltered cuvée of Merlot, Rondinella, Cabernet Sauvignon and Rossanella del Garda. 15% of the wine was stored for 6 months in unroasted French oak barrels after blending, the rest in fiberglass and steel tanks. Very good acid structure, blackberries, violets and currants on the nose as well as some cherry . Ripe cherry fruit and dark currants on the palate, slightly fleshy wine with a round, soft tannin structure.

The unfiltered and unsulphured red wine should be aerated after opening.
