  • About the farmer

    The Andrade family's story began in 1900 on the Capim Branco estate in the Carmo do Paranaíba region with one goal: to produce high-quality coffee. In 1990, brothers Ismael and Eduardo purchased the São Silvestre farm to further improve coffee production and quality. The combination of the region's natural conditions, harvest planning, and post-harvest with special cherry selection criteria, as well as natural processing, results in excellent quality, award-winning beans that are recognized worldwide.

Prepare your Brasil Microlot 22 in a hand filter:

1. Insert filter paper and then rinse the filter and cup/pot with hot water.

2. Put 20 g of coffee into the filter (grinding level: filter grind), pour in approx. 60 ml of water in circular movements and let it brew for approx. 30 seconds.

3. Add the remaining 240 ml of water slowly and constantly in circular movements.

4. The brewing process should last approximately 2:30 minutes.
