  • About the coffee

Finca Buenos Aires is our own finca in El Salvador. We grow specialty coffee there together with the experienced Salvadoran farmer Rodolfo Ruffatti. The coffee grows there at an altitude of 1,600 meters. This farm is the central farm of the Coffee School Project, where we also give surrounding farmers the opportunity to learn about cultivation, sustainability and sales topics. We also have a shared processing station there.
