Indonesia Pollung

  • About the coffee

Pollung, located about six hours north of Medan, the capital of North Sumatra Province, operates mills and invests in livelihoods by sourcing high-quality coffee beans from a 150-hectare coffee-growing area with a production capacity of 150 to 200 tons. Together, the producers and farmers in the Pollung region combine their traditional coffee expertise with their commitment to the community. In the Pollung region, premium coffee cherries are sourced from the approximately 300 surrounding farms. Over time, they have become an indispensable part of the local coffee community.
