About LOST ORIGIN
LOST ORIGIN stands for coffee with character – with a focus on exceptional processing methods that make all the difference. Country of Origin: Panama, Boquete
Farm: Lérida
Processing: Depulped, LOST ORIGIN
Altitude: 1,600 - 1,900 m
Variety: Pacamara
Roast: Light

1. Insert the paper filter and then rinse the filter and cup/pot with hot water.
2. Add 17g of coffee to the filter (grind size: filter grind), pour approximately 60ml of water in circular motions, and let it steep for about 30 seconds.
3. Then pour 60ml until 40 seconds.
4. Pour 50ml until 1:20 minutes.
5. Pour the remaining 100ml until 2:00 minutes.
