Sparkling wine made from the finest base wine, which is deliberately kept bone dry. The cool but beautifully present fruit is reminiscent of blue berries. The perlage is creamy and fine , very sparkling and soft in the mouth. An independent "Nizzante" that can best be compared to rosé champagne and reflects a lifestyle for any time of day and any occasion.
