Georg Nigl - Orange Old Vines 2018

Here comes the concentrated load of nature. 55-year-old vines from the Gemischter Satz provide the grape material for a wild, unadulterated drinking pleasure. Not suitable for standard drinkers, this is where your taste buds will be challenged. Grown on limestone in the Weißer Stein vineyard, harvested by hand, fermented in the cellar with as little intervention as possible and bottled without sulphur. Cool the bottle completely and shake before opening, yes, you read that right - shake! The 2018 vintage is a bit fruitier than previous ones and is, at least for us, a lot of fun.
