Very early harvested Muscat grapes were fermented spontaneously in a clay amphora. The maceration time was 35 days . Due to the egg shape, it was not necessary to tamp the mash down, as the egg shape automatically creates a gentle flow around the mash.

After pressing, the wine matured for a further 5 months on the full yeast in a ceramic egg. During this time, the wine underwent a partial malolactic fermentation. Since the wine was not filtered, it shows a slight cloudiness.
