The Coffee School Project in El Salvador

Our pilot project is the Buenos Aires Coffee School Project. Together with farmer Rodolfo Ruffatti Batlle, we want to restore the former specialty coffee stronghold of El Salvador to its former greatness. The Buenos Aires region has ideal conditions for growing specialty coffee. Together with the farmers, we have already been able to reactivate two hectares of the former plantations and cultivate new coffee plants there. By purchasing each bag, you are supporting the revival of the Salvadoran coffee culture.

Your Wildkaffee Roastery - order freshly roasted coffee and espresso online

Welcome to our online coffee shop. We specialize in the best types of coffee and espresso. What makes this special is that we source all of our green coffee beans exclusively from farmers, most of whom we know personally. This means we know what types and qualities they are and can offer only the finest coffee roasts with a clear conscience.

However, we are not just a middleman, we do the roasting ourselves and process the high-quality green coffee in our coffee roastery in Farchant near Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Find out more about our project and find out about the latest news in the world of coffee.

We are always happy to receive your inquiries. Do you have questions about new coffees or do you just have feedback for us? Then feel free to contact us by email or on social media.

  • Green coffee: the best quality

  • Sustainable, ecological, fair

  • Direct trading of green coffee

  • Gently and freshly roasted

First and foremost, the quality of the green coffee is crucial! That's why we regularly travel to the growing areas, directly to the plantations. We are always on the lookout for first-class highland coffees that promise us a special coffee experience.

Secondly, sustainable cultivation and the associated regular harvest yields, which guarantee the local people a constant and fair job, are important to us. The high quality standards are our top priority. That is why we are always interested in new and special fermentation processes. In addition to the usual processing methods, fermentation can specifically influence the direction of the taste. This creates a completely new variety of tastes that ensures exceptional, flavor-intensive coffee enjoyment.

Due to our excellent and long-standing relationships with coffee farmers in the countries of origin such as Brazil, Guatemala, Panama, El Salvador, Burundi and Rwanda, not only permanent partnerships but also friendships have developed. These simplify the exchange of information between farmers and roasters and give us an incredible advantage. Thanks to constant development on site, better sorting and harvesting are possible, which benefits both parties - we get better green coffee quality and the farmers receive fair and direct payment.

After we have found unique green coffee, we do a few test roasts in the drum roaster. Only through artisanal and gentle long-term roasting, regular tasting and fine-tuning of the roasting profile can we serve you the best of every coffee variety again and again. By only roasting according to the order situation, our coffee fans can always be offered freshly roasted coffee. It doesn't matter whether you enjoy it with us in the Wildkaffee Café or with one of our partners. We also offer you the opportunity to order our exquisite coffee 24/7 online in our shop. We respond to every request as quickly as possible and guarantee you fast shipping with our partners DHL and UPS. Through good advice, individual preparation recommendations and transparency regarding our coffee varieties, we convey our passion for coffee to you. So that you can enjoy your favorite coffee at home with a good feeling!

Your coffee roastery from Bavaria

You can easily order our coffee online in our coffee and espresso shop. The coffee comes directly from our coffee roastery in Bavaria and is roasted fresh for you every day.

The sustainable processing of our selected green coffee varieties is of the utmost importance to us. We reuse every cardboard box and all filling materials in our shipping department, so that we produce almost no waste in the coffee roasting plant itself. The silver skins that are a waste product in our coffee roasting plant after the roasting process are converted into biogas in the local organic waste recycling plant.

We also support the New Denim Project from Guatemala! The green coffee is not shipped in the usual jute sacks, but packed in coffee sacks made from used cotton and fabric scraps from jeans production and delivered directly to our coffee roastery in Bavaria. You can find more information about the New Denim Project here. Our coffee bags, which end up with you after the coffee has been shipped, are packed by hand in our coffee roastery in Bavaria. The bags are made from just one material and are therefore recyclable. This creates a circular economy in which resources are reused sustainably.

In order to make buying coffee online as smooth and convenient as possible, we dispatch the coffee directly after you place your order. This guarantees that your order will be delivered as quickly as possible. Constant process optimisation is therefore our highest priority, as is the quality of the coffee. You can find out more information about our coffee roastery and our coffee and espresso shop online, here on our website.
