An exceptional Sauvignon Blanc from the Haspel vineyard. The elegance and character of the fertile slate and limestone soils come into their own here. The intense aromas of gooseberries and cassis as well as the intense flint notes combined with the herbal spices make you want more.

This wine was fermented with vineyard yeasts and has no other additives.
