    Another exciting lot from our long-standing partner Ismael Andrade from Brazil. The cherries come from the Capim Branco farm, lot STL 011/25, and were processed using various fermentation methods. The result is a unique coffee with notes of apricot, yellow pear, and citrus.

Prepare your IA02 in the hand filter:

1. Insert the filter paper and then rinse the filter and cup/pot with hot water.

2. Put 17 g of coffee into the filter (grinding level: filter grind), pour in approx. 60 ml of water in circular movements and let it brew for approx. 30 seconds.

3. Then pour 60 ml until second 40

4. Add 50 ml to minute 1:20

5. Add remaining 100 ml until minute 2:00
