Medium roasts are suitable for all types of preparation, such as Chemex

1. You need 40 g of coffee for 600 ml of water and your Chemex accessories

2. Insert filter paper, rinse filter and pot with hot water and pour in coffee

3. Pour approx. 80 ml of water in circular movements and let it brew for approx. 30 seconds

4. Add the remaining 520 ml of water slowly and steadily in circular movements

5. The brewing process should take about 3 to 5 minutes
