Buchmayer - Gelber Traminer Natural 2019

Thomas and Maria Buchmayer allowed their Gelber Traminer to ferment spontaneously; the subsequent mash fermentation gives it a fine scent of rose petals and orange zest.

On the palate, a great taste of ripe yellow fruit. All in all, a soft, creamy wine that is bottled unfiltered and without the addition of sulphur.

After opening, give the wine a few minutes to breathe, in this case around 5 - 10 minutes. The unfiltered wine is cloudy, that's how it should be - try to form an opinion after the second sip. Have fun with this cool wine!
