Product variants

Old Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir and Zweigelt grapes fermented in the bottle create a juicy fruity delight with a great acid structure. Spontaneously fermented and bottled without any additives during the first fermentation, the finest bubbles and a really cool, juicy fruitiness develop. No additives, which means no sugar, no yeast, no sulphur and then unfiltered into the bottle. PETillant NATurelle, which translates from French as "naturally sparkling", is not just a phrase here, it is natural madness. Enjoyed ice cold, your palate will dance the tango.

Please allow it to rest briefly after opening and be sure to enjoy it very chilled.

Yeast residues settle on the bottom, hence the perhaps somewhat "brioche" smell, which may remind you of pastries - that's how it should be and , above all, improves the last sip !

About the winery

At Georg Nigl's winery, the wine is produced strictly according to organic principles. Located in the Thermenregion, on the outskirts of Vienna, the Nigl family works without pure yeast in the cellar and according to organic standards throughout the entire winery.

All wines are fermented spontaneously with their own yeasts, bottled without filtration or sugaring, and not manipulated by the addition of sulphites. The result is impressive: expressive and sometimes uncompromising wines, paired with a variety of aromas.
