Kenya Kiambu AA

  • About the coffee

The Kiambu region is one of Kenya's most renowned coffee-growing areas. At altitudes between 1,700 and 2,000 meters, the coffee cherries ripen slowly, developing the notes for which Kenyan coffees are globally prized.

For this coffee, the varietals SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11, and Batian are used. After harvesting, the coffee cherries are washed – a process that gives the coffee exceptional clarity and a beautiful, clean cup. The Kenya Kiambu AA reveals its typical character: fruity and complex, with notes of hibiscus and red berries.

A coffee for anyone who enjoys something lively and fruity in their cup and wants to discover the special characteristics of East African coffees.
