Our preparation recommendation in the portafilter

1. For the portafilter you need 17 - 19 g of coffee (double espresso) and your portafilter equipment

2. Remove the portafilter and wipe it with a cloth and pour coffee into the portafilter

3. Distribute the flour evenly and compact it with the tamper and a pressure of 15 kg

4. Rinse the brewing group and clamp the portafilter
Place cup under spout and start brewing

5. This should take about 25 - 30 seconds for 40 ml
