Our preparation recommendation for the hand filter or another filter method

1. For the hand filter you need 20 g of coffee for 300 ml of water and your filter equipment

2. Insert filter paper, rinse filter and cup/carafe with hot water

3. Pour in the powder and pour in approx. 60 ml of water in circular movements, let it steep for 30 seconds

4. Pour the remaining 240 ml of water slowly and constantly in circular movements

5. The brewing process should take 2:30 to 3 minutes
