The Ziniel winery follows its own personal path, not jumping on every trend, but always keeping its own vision in mind. The focus is on gentle manual work and traditional winemaking. In doing so, any intervention in the flora and fauna of the vineyards is consistently avoided, thus emphasizing the individual character of the wines. Regardless of whether it is the classic, village or single-vineyard wine line, the focus is always on the grape variety and the origin of the wines.

For us, the Ziniel family winery is clearly one of the future brightest stars in the Austrian wine sky.
