Do you want to understand how green beans become really good coffee – and get hands-on experience? Then join our team!

We are immediately looking for a dedicated full-time employee (m/f/d) for our roastery – with a focus on roasting, technology, and production processes.

Your tasks with us:

• Performing and developing our roasts (we will train you if you don't have experience yet)
  
• Monitoring and adjusting roasting parameters for consistent quality
  
• Documentation of roasting processes
  
• Organization, maintenance, and servicing of our roasting machines
  
• Assisting in the warehouse and with logistical processes
  
• Production and further development of our cold brew
  
• Ensuring cleanliness, order, and hygiene in production
  
• Quality assurance through regular tasting of our coffees
  
• Thinking along, analyzing, and optimizing our processes

What you bring to the table:

• Passion for coffee and a desire to delve deeper
• Meticulous, structured, and independent working style
• Technical understanding and interest in machinery
• Physical resilience
• Team spirit, reliability, and flexibility
• Sensory interest (taste, aromas, etc.)

Bonus, but not a must:
Initial experience in roasting or the food sector
