Our pilot project is the Buenos Aires Coffee School Project. Together with farmer Rodolfo Ruffatti Batlle, we want to restore the former specialty coffee stronghold of El Salvador to its former greatness. The Buenos Aires region has ideal conditions for growing specialty coffee. Together with the farmers, we have already been able to reactivate two hectares of the former plantations and cultivate new coffee plants there. By purchasing each bag, you are supporting the revival of the Salvadoran coffee culture.

Your Bavarian Coffee Roastery
In our coffee and espresso shop, you can conveniently order our coffee online. Every coffee is freshly roasted in our Bavarian roastery and prepared for shipping immediately after your order. This way, you receive coffee and espresso in the best quality—fresh, aromatic, and without long storage times.
Sustainability is central to our work. In our roastery, we reuse boxes and packing materials to reduce waste. The chaff produced during roasting is processed into biogas through local organic waste management. Our coffee bags are recyclable and packed by hand.
Shipping is done directly from our Bavarian roastery, ensuring an efficient and environmentally friendly delivery. Through continuous process optimization, we guarantee that your order arrives quickly, reliably, and in consistently high quality.
