  • About the coffee

    The coffee cherries for this coffee are harvested every 15 days and fermented for 14 hours in a large container. The following morning, they are pulped, and the beans are fermented for 32 hours in a tiled, water-covered container. The water is then drained, and any remaining pulp is rinsed off. The coffee is placed in sealed bags and left to drain for two hours before being transferred to solar dryers, where it dries for 18 to 22 days, depending on the weather.

Prepare your Colombia Washed in a hand filter:

1. Insert filter paper and then rinse the filter and cup/pot with hot water.

2. Put 20 g of coffee into the filter (grinding level: filter grind), pour in approx. 60 ml of water in circular movements and let it brew for approx. 30 seconds.

3. Add the remaining 240 ml of water slowly and constantly in circular movements.

4. The brewing process should last approximately 2:30 minutes.
