Wilde Milde - Where do the coffees come from?
The Wilde Milde is a blend of three different country coffees. The selected green coffees come from Brazil, Guatemala & Rwanda. The coffee from Brazil comes from the Finca Capim Branco and brings the nutty accents to the cup profile. The green coffee is grown and processed on the finca according to the principles of organic farming. The blend is paired with the finest beans from Guatemala, from the Finca Santa Isabel. This coffee has an organic seal and ensures the sweet taste in the cup profile. The coffee is complemented by a portion of coffee from Rwanda, which is known above all for its taste of red berries. The green coffee comes from the Community Coffee Rwanda project and is cultivated by numerous small farmers in Rwanda and processed further in a central processing station.
Wilde Milde - Tasty coffee can also be made using a filter machine
Anyone who thinks of a filter machine probably has a rather dusty image in their head. But that doesn't have to be the case. If you choose a high-quality coffee, such as Wilde Milde, you can also get an excellent cup of coffee with a filter machine. But there are a few factors you should also consider when preparing your pot of coffee. The amount of coffee in particular is often chosen incorrectly. First of all, you should pay attention to the grinding level and the freshness of the coffee. The coffee should ideally be fresh and medium-finely ground so that it can develop its unique aroma perfectly. For 4 cups of filter coffee, you should choose around 25 grams of coffee. That's about 3 heaped tablespoons of ground coffee. It's best to moisten your filter paper a little before preparing it and then put the ground coffee in the filter. Now you can prepare the coffee. We hope you enjoy it!
