    The Ethiopia Anaerobic impresses with special nuances of exotic fruits, caramel notes and rum. The cherries for this coffee grow in the heart of the Yirgacheffe region, which is one of the best known and highest quality growing regions internationally. Our coffee is grown at an altitude of 1,600 to 2,000 meters and is currently grown by the Testi cooperative.

Prepare your Ethiopia Anaerobic in a hand filter:

1. Insert filter paper and then rinse the filter and cup/pot with hot water.

2. Put 20 g of coffee into the filter (grinding level: filter grind), pour in approx. 60 ml of water in circular movements and let it brew for approx. 30 seconds.

3. Add the remaining 240 ml of water slowly and constantly in circular movements.

4. The brewing process should last approximately 2:30 minutes.
