El Salvador Bourbon - Coffee School Project

  • About the coffee

Finca Buenos Aires is our own finca in El Salvador. We grow Batlle Specialty Coffee there together with the experienced Salvadoran farmer Rodolfo Ruffatti. The coffee grows there at an altitude of 1,600 meters. This farm is the central farm of the Coffee School Project, where we also give surrounding farmers the opportunity to learn about cultivation, sustainability and sales topics. We also have a shared processing station there.

This bourbon is processed naturally and gently roasted by us. This results in a fruity coffee with notes of hibiscus and cocoa nibs.

By purchasing this bag of coffee, you are supporting the Coffee School Project. We are opening up new perspectives for farmers and helping them to cultivate their coffee plants in a new and more profitable way.
