  • Preparation recommendation for filter coffee

    You need: 18 g coffee, 300 ml water and your hand filter equipment

    1. Insert the filter paper and rinse it with hot water together with the brewing vessel

    2. Pour approx. 60 ml of water in circular movements and let it brew for about 30 seconds

    3. Pour the remaining 240 ml of water slowly and constantly in circular movements

    4. The brewing process should last between 2:30 - 3 minutes
