Brewers Cup Series - Martin C

Specialty Coffee from Colombia - Sweet Valley

The cherries for this specialty coffee are cultivated on the Potosi farm of Granja La Esperanza in the Valle del Cauca in Colombia. The climate there is very constant with a maximum of 22 and a minimum of 17 degrees throughout the year. The farmers have specialized in producing particularly high-quality specialty coffee.

The cherries for Sweet Valley, Brewers Series Martin C are fermented at a controlled temperature for 15 hours before being placed in a dehumidifier for a further 72 hours until completely dry, after which they are peeled and packaged for export.

The varieties are Castillo, Colombia and Caturra. They bring nuances of strawberries, port, violets and berries to your cup as well as notes of mango, watermelon and blueberry.
