  • About the coffee

    This Gesha grows in the hills of Cundinamarca on the Finca La Palma y el Tucan. The processing method is called "bioinnovation natural" and is a mixture of anaerobic fermentation and natural drying. The ripe cherries are buried in clay pots together with homemade compost in order to control the temperature inside and keep it constant. After at least 100 hours of fermentation, the cherries are placed on African Beds, where they are then dried naturally. This method highlights the taste characteristics of the Gesha cherries, but does not overpower them with newly created aromas.

Prepare your Martin G in a hand filter:

1. Insert the filter paper and then rinse the filter and cup/pot with hot water.

2. Put 17 g of coffee into the filter (grinding level: filter grind), pour in approx. 60 ml of water in circular movements and let it brew for approx. 30 seconds.

3. Then pour 60 ml until second 40

4. Add 50 ml to minute 1:20

5. Add remaining 100 ml until minute 2:00
