  • About the coffee

    The Robusta for this espresso blend grows on the farms of Hoysala Coffee & Spices in Chikmagalur, India. The Hoysala farms have been around since the late 19th century and have been in the hands of the same families for many generations, who are always striving to improve their growing conditions.
    The Arabica portion comes from the Coffee School Project in El Salvador, more specifically from the Buenos Aires region, where the Finca Buenos Aires is located and works together with the surrounding farmers to continually improve cultivation conditions and techniques in order to give the farmers a chance of gaining a greater market presence.

Prepare the Christmas espresso in the portafilter - here's how!

You need 19 g of very finely ground coffee and your portafilter equipment

1. Remove the portafilter and wipe it with a cloth.

2. Distribute the coffee evenly and compact it using a tamper.

3. Rinse the brewing group and insert the portafilter.

4. Now start the brewing process, which should last between 25 - 30 seconds.
